OPTICAL LOGIC VALIDATION PROJECT
Testing whether light can perform logic reliably.
OpticalDT is preparing a controlled laboratory program to test a passive optical-logic element, controlled cascading, and repeatable measurement. The goal is evidence — not a premature product claim.
Proposed initial round: $1M. Purpose: laboratory validation. Outcome: published pass / partial / fail evidence.
What OpticalDT is validating now
OpticalDT is an early-stage photonics validation project by Arbok International Inc. The immediate work is not a computer, processor, or switch; it is a controlled laboratory demonstrator designed to test whether a passive optical-logic interaction can be built, cascaded, measured, and reviewed.
Passive optical logic element: measure a controlled interference-based logic interaction. Controlled cascading: test whether defined stages can be connected and measured reliably. Repeatable evidence: publish methods, measurements, limitations, and a pass / partial / fail conclusion.
The first demonstrator is a three-stage validation sequence.
Build and calibrate: controlled optical source, interaction path, detector chain, and acceptance protocol. Run the defined test set: measure the selected optical logic configuration under repeatable conditions. Publish the decision: document data, repeatability, limitations, and a pass / partial / fail conclusion.
Evidence, not a marketing claim.
Success means documented laboratory configuration, calibrated measurements, predefined test cases, repeated runs, raw and processed data, explicit treatment of ambiguous results, and a pass / partial / fail technical report.
Funding the first proof, not a finished computer.
OpticalDT is seeking a proposed $1M initial round to establish a dedicated validation program, acquire the required optical and measurement equipment, build the first demonstrator, and produce review-ready technical evidence.
A new company is proposed to be formed together with the founding investor. The required technology rights would be contributed or licensed into NewCo at closing.
Founder-led, technically grounded, and built for disciplined validation.
Alex Bombela, CEO and Co-Founder, has led the OpticalDT project direction for more than eight years, coordinating commercial strategy, investor communication, project structure, and the path toward a focused validation program.
Dmitry Ponomarenko, CTO and Co-Founder, is the technical originator of the OpticalDT direction, with more than 25 years of experience across optics, communication systems, and advanced technical development.
